Is ROSTA payroll software?

No. ROSTA is deliberately focused on rostering. It helps you build, publish and manage the weekly schedule without trying to replace specialist payroll or accounting software.

Do employees need to download an app?

ROSTA works as a web app on desktop and mobile. It can also be installed to a phone's home screen for quick access.

What happens when I go over my employee limit?

You move to the next team size. Pricing is flat within each plan, so the bill does not change every time you add one employee.

Can ROSTA build the roster for me?

ROSTA can assist with building a roster around staffing rules, availability, approved time off, roles, target hours and demand. You stay in control and publish the final week.

Does ROSTA support multiple locations?

Yes. Team and Business support up to 3 locations. Starter and Free are designed for a single location.

Can ROSTA handle a 75-person business?

Business supports up to 75 active employees and up to 3 locations. Larger teams receive assisted setup so we can make sure ROSTA fits the way the business is organised.

How does the Founding 10 offer work?

Businesses apply first, and ROSTA confirms eligibility. Approved organisations then establish a qualifying paid subscription. The first 10 qualifying organisations that successfully establish that subscription receive a 100% subscription discount for their first six monthly billing cycles; approval alone does not bypass the 10-place limit. After six cycles, the applicable launch plan price continues unless cancelled. The Founding benefit requires a continuously active subscription, and final cancellation ends it.
